My strengths are in the field of learning and organizational development. In my most recent corporate role I drove the implementation of the UK firm’s new and innovative leadership framework. I also bring vast experience of building Learning Consulting teams who have conversational expertise to work with clients and deliver strategically and commercially driven learning interventions.
My passion and specialism is supporting organisations to enhance both their ‘on the job development’ and build a high performance culture. I adopt a holistic development view, incorporating leading approaches to learning and development, coaching perspectives, e-learning tools and concepts such as 70:20:10. Holding onto an awareness of current market trends and the commercial viability of learning interventions is also important to me.
I am a qualified coach (Henley Management School), hold an MA in Personnel and Development and am a Member of the CIPD. I am also certified in EQi 2.10, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Motives Values Preferences Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and MBTI.
